The class has been extremely helpful for my son. I find him using the techniques that he learned in class to help himself stay calm, or get through moments of stress or gets very emotional. The class is also helping him build more awareness and focus which is great for his studies. I highly recommend this class to all parents!

My 7-year-old son has really benefited from daily meditation practice. He is better able to notice his emotional states, and to regulate his own emotions (using breathwork or other techniques he has learned) before they overwhelm him. Life is better for all of us when there are fewer meltdowns! I also feel like the daily affirmations are helping to instill a stronger sense of himself before he has to navigate the tumultuous tween years.
